At WildAx, all of our campervans come with a standard warranty of 3 years, and you can visit any dealership for repairs, not just the one you purchased from. We understand that dealing with a warranty claim can be a very complex situation, which is why our warranty is designed to provide buyers with assurance and protection against defects in materials and workmanship. Our customer care team are on hand to offer their knowledge and expertise when it comes to your leisure vehicle.

As well as our standard warranty, we also offer the opportunity to upgrade to our WildAx Warranty Plus, which gives customers access to over 250 fixed locations, 200 mobile technicians and repairs of up to £1,000. WildAx Warranty Plus is available for customers buying brand new WildAx campervans, or existing customers where their van is less than 10 years old. The warranty is priced at £220 for 12 months, £315 for 24 months and £400 for 36 months cover.

Yes, you can buy our extended warranty if you already own a WildAx campervan, as long as it is less than 10 years old.
